Valorant is another sensation for all the first-person shooter lovers out there. The game was released on June 2, 2020, officially.
However, its beta version had been out from April 7, 2020. The game is developed and published by Riot Games.
Can I Run Valorant? Minimum System Requirements
Unlike other new titles, Valorant is not a system-intensive game.
Any early 20s system should be able to support the game easily. For a more precise idea, look at the minimum system requirements below.
Minimum Requirements For Windows PC
CPU | Intel i3-370M |
RAM | 4 GB |
Storage | Up to 8 GB |
GPU | Intel HD 4000 |
Operating System | Windows 7 64-Bit |
DirectX Version | Requires DirectX 11 |
A build with the specifications mentioned above should be able to support the game easily. However, do not expect something big from it as it won’t be able to provide you with 40 frames per second.
Minimum Requirements for Mac OS
There are no official system requirements for MAC OS to run the Valorant as it has not been released on MAC devices yet.
There are a few workarounds to run the game on your Mac device, such as installing the windows on your Mac device using Software like Bootcamp.
Furthermore, there is no news regarding the MAC release of the Valorant. We may be able to play the game on MAC in the future, but we cannot say anything for sure for now.

cliffyB’s Recommendation
If you plan to build a gaming PC for Valorant for a competitive experience, our recommendations are indeed for you.
We recommend you go for Intel’s i5 third-generation processor (i5-3470) paired with an Nvidia GTX 960 2 GB graphics card and eight gigs of ddr3 RAM.
The specs combination mentioned above should be able to provide you with around 120 frames per second on 1080p (1920×1080) resolution.
If you own an old PC and you are not sure whether it can support Valorant or not, then start by looking at your system’s specifications and compare them with the minimum requirements for Valorant we mentioned above.
If the specs do not meet the minimum requirements of the game, then you need to get a new system or upgrade your current one.

Valorant Gameplay
Valorant is a tactical first-person shooter game by Riot Games. This game combines many games like Counter-Strike, Fortnite, and Apex Legends.
A classic game of Valorant starts with two teams of 5 players, each just like CS. However, each team player has a unique ability to be used in times of danger.
One team is called attackers; they have the spike which needs to be planted at one of the sites on the map.
There are two spike sites on the map (A and B). The other team is known as defenders.
They need to block the areas and fight with attackers to stop them from planting spikes. Once the spike is planted, they can defuse it by taking their enemies down.
You get some seconds to buy guns and refill abilities with your in-game credits when a round starts.
In-game credits are given to each player according to their in-game performance.
This is all about the new FPS shooter. If you want to know more about the game, we recommend you watch the game streams live on Twitch.
