Recent delays have made this year seem a bit quiet, but that will all change because March is here, and with March comes a variety of highly awaited games for all platforms.
Hardcore and punishing RPGs like Nioh, along with a bunch of other titles, are ready to slice their way into your games library.
Fast-paced shooter Doom is making a return with its Sequel Doom: Eternal and Animal Crossing the cute social sim are also coming this March. Perhaps the fans of the Half-life series will also finally get some peace with two games released from the franchise, but these names are just the tip of the iceberg, so dive deeper to know what games you will be looking at this March.
Unlike its predecessor, Nioh 2 is a PS4 exclusive and is set to release on 13th March. Nioh is a brutal and challenging title that features fast-paced soul-like gameplay. Nioh 2 also brings customization to the table as you can customize your half-human and half Yokai demon character.
Team Ninja has put effort into this game, making some significant improvements over the original game. Try it yourself before buying it out as it has a free demo to quench your thirst until it releases
Animal crossing is social-sim where you control these cute little people living in a miniature town. The time in this game is synced with the time in your real life, which means a single day in Animal Crossing is equivalent to a single day in real life.
Moreover, the game features a variety of quality of life improvements with the added feature of terraforming your land. The mobile app is effectively used to scan specific pattern designs and text chat. Animal: Crossing is coming out on 20th March.
The Sequel to the original reboot Doom (2016), Doom: Eternal is a violent, fast-paced shooter where you get to smash demon heads from the depths of Hell. The base gameplay will not see many changes in this Sequel, but a bunch of traversal options and new weapons have been added to your arsenal to help in your rampage against the demons. Doom: Eternal is also coming to the portable gaming console Nintendo Switch towards the latter half of 2020.
